La Reserve Residences recognized during Cityscape Dubai for best medium to high-rise future residential project

Dubai, September 13, 2017: With a strong focus on community wellbeing, the La Reserve Residences was awarded Best Residential Medium to High-Rise Project (Future), at the prestigious Cityscape Global Awards Ceremony on Monday 11 September at the Conrad Dubai.

The project, co-developed by Swiss Property, a Dubai-based boutique real estate developer, and Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), the world’s largest healthcare free zone, is located in DHCC’s Phase 2 in Al Jaddaf, overlooking the widest stretch of the Dubai Water Canal, Dubai Creek and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and is due for completion in Q3 2019.

The judging panel, which consisted of 18 industry leaders from the region, meticulously evaluated all nominees based on two main project components; the architecture, for La Reserve Residences by 10 Design, as well as the operational and commercial aspects of the development.

“10 Design are thrilled to have secured yet another Cityscape Global Award win for Best Residential Medium to High-Rise Project (Future). This further reinforces our position as market leaders in this sector. The judges praised the team for the completeness of the design response in all aspects of the development which include design innovation, sustainability and a robust commercial response. Our thanks and recognition go to the entire Client and Consultant team for a truly collaborative approach,” said Chris Jones, Partner, 10 Design.

La Reserve Residences is set to offer 230 high-quality units in the form of simplex and duplex apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms and designed with a unique Swiss flair. The project concept is centered around wellness and incorporates holistic elements, integrating the indoors and outdoors – visually or through connected activity. From open terraces, outdoor activity areas and pedestrian trails, to running tracks, pools, gyms, and expansive greens for recreation, the project is designed to promote healthy living.

Commenting on the award, Karim Adi, CEO and Founder of Swiss Property said, “In order to achieve favorable commercial outcomes, it is important to carefully evaluate what investors and buyers are looking for in their properties. With thorough research, we recognized a gap in wellness-based living communities and developed a unique concept with Dubai Healthcare City to offer residents a community in which healthy living is both possible and encouraged through state-of-the-art architecture and health facilities. We are very proud that our efforts have been recognized by Cityscape Global and are confident that our La Reserve Residences project will set new standards in the UAE real estate sector and beyond.”
